How quickly will Junk my Car remove my junk car?
A towing company will be in touch with you within 48 hours once you submit your vehicle for removal. Once contacted, you will be able to arrange a date and time to have your vehicle picked up. In many cases, this can be done the same day!

This does vary per tower and their ability to remove junk cars with missing parts, such as tires, engines and transmissions, etc. The best course of action that you can take is to submit your vehicle for removal and ask our junk car removal specialists whether or not your junk car can be removed for free. If we can't remove it for free, there might be an affordable alternative.

Do you remove motorcycles, campers, and other non-conventional vehicles?
Yes. We are able to remove many other types of vehicles such as motorcycles, trailers, heavy equipment, motor homes, and campers.

Do I need to be present when the junk car is removed?
In most cases, you will not need to be at your vehicle when it is removed. You should be able to leave all required documents inside the vehicle. The tower can then take the vehicle without you being present. Generally, the only time you would need to be with the vehicle is if the vehicle is in a gated community or in the garage.

I have the title to the car, but the car is in a different location. Can you still remove it?
Yes. We are able to remove vehicles in all types of situations, including when a title is in a different location than the vehicle.

Yes, if you have multiple vehicles you will have to enter them into our website one by one. This way you will get a unique Claim ID for each vehicle that you can use to track its progress.

Can I junk my car even if I have unpaid parking tickets?
Yes. Your parking tickets will not prevent you from junking your vehicle. Parking tickets are connected to your driver’s license, and are your responsibility to pay off.

All the paperwork is handled at the holding facility that picks up your vehicle, and they process that with your local DMV.

Do I need to go to DMV during this process?
In most cases no; however, if we are unable to process your vehicle due to your state's laws requiring specific documentation, a form may need to be acquired from DMV.

If you can pickup vehicles without a title, why do you need mine?
It is true we can remove a vehicle regardless of a title, but depending on the state your vehicle is in, we may need an alternate form of documentation. If you vehicle has a current title, we can use it to process your vehicle as fast as possible, where an alternate form of paperwork may take longer to go through DMV.
